::Saffron City Info::

Saffron City is a sprawling metropolis in the Kanto region. It lies in between Celadon City, Vermilion City, Lavender Town, and Cerulean City. It is home to Sabrina, the Saffron City Gym Leader. Saffron City is one of the busiest and largest cities in the region, and is even famous outside of Kanto. It is the tenth largest city in the Pokemon world. The large Silph Co. headquarters building stands firm as the city's centerpiece, while two Gyms dominate the north-eastern corner district. Not only is this the central business district of Kanto, it also holds the region's largest infrastructure, including the Magnet Train station, which allows ease of access between Johto and Kanto.


Route 6 is a medium sized north-south path located in central Kanto. Its northern terminus is at Saffron City and its southern end is at Vermilion City. Route 6 is a medium sized pathway that curves around to form a "S" shape with tall grass surrounding the route to form the shape. In the middle of the route there is a large pond that expands out and forms the pathway heading though the route. Heading south from the gate, the route turns to the southwest before following a path that is bordered by grass for most of the route.


Route 8 is a west-east route in central Kanto that links Saffron City in the west to Lavender Town in the east. The small pieces of forest and tall grass surrounding the dirt road is home for many pokemon, such as Vulpix, Abra, and even Haunter.

::Route 5::

Route 5 is a short north-south path located in central Kanto. Its northern terminus is at Cerulean City and its southern terminus is at Saffron City. There is a Hidden Village run by a girl name Melaine. It is called Hidden Village for a reason, and thus only a handful of trainers might accidentally walk trough it while traveling from Cerulean City to Saffron City. The village is a place for Pokemon who have been abandoned by their Trainers, or have gotten injured somehow. Melaine takes care of them until they're ready to return to the wild.

::Route 7::

Route 7 is an extremely short road that connects Saffron City to Celadon City. Its eastern terminus is at Saffron City and its western end is at Celadon City. From the gate separating Saffron from Route 8, the route heads west, passing a field of grass and the building housing the Underground Path before turning north, then west into Celadon. The Underground Path on Route 7 travels under Saffron and comes out on Route 8 in the east, just east of the East Saffron gate.
